SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile telephone communication, in particular, to notifications on state of protected cards. Notification to SM-SR subscriber control server is sent by means of eUICC card or eSE element; card contains in local memory at least one address identifier - short number (short code), unique for mobile telephony service provider, wherein said short number is associated with a user profile of an operator in a secure card. Card is configured to extract a short number from the local memory associated with the used subscriber profile and to send a card status notification message to the SM-SR server using said retrieved short card number. In the absence of a short number, the card as a notification recipient uses a unique international telephone number.
EFFECT: technical result is a wider range of equipment.
