FIELD: optical systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for testing and adjusting the optical system of a micro-object visualizing complex, as well as to a method for its manufacture. A device for testing and adjusting the optical system of the micro-object visualizing complex consists of a microfluidic chip with an internal optically transparent channel containing two flat surfaces, and microspheres fluorescent in one or more spectral ranges, which are immobilized by a monolayer on one of the surfaces of the specified channel of the microfluidic chip.
EFFECT: invention improves the quality of alignment and validation of the optical system of the micro-object visualizing complex.
