SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to coloproctology and can be used for endoscopic bougienage of low colonic cicatrical strictures. Method for bougienage of low cicatricial stricture of the colon is characterized by the fact that the bougienage is performed by means of an endoscope under visual control with the help of a device mounted on the distal end of the endoscope. Device for bougienage of low cicatricial colon strictures represents a transparent cap with cone-shaped narrowing on the end, made with possibility of installation on a distal end of endoscope, having total length of 70 mm, cone-shaped part - 30 mm, minimum diameter - 2 mm. Cap is made of soft plastic. In cone-slender part of cap there are 2 oval holes for visualization and aspiration of content and air through endoscope channel.

EFFECT: inventions allow providing more effective endoscopic treatment of this category of patients, avoiding repeated traumatic surgeries and reducing a rate of complications when performing endoscopic bougienage.
