FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to growing crystals. Disclosed is a cluster of plants for growing crystals from solution, comprising several crystallization plants 1, which are combined into separate units of several plants, for example, ten, which form clusters of lower level 11, each of crystallization units 1 of each unit of cluster of lower level 11 is connected to indication and control unit 13 of crystallization plant 1 of lower level 11, equipped with one or more controller 14 and one or more means of indicating functioning of 15 crystallization plants of unit included in cluster, and commutator 16 of lower level, set of clusters of lower level 11 forms cluster of upper level 12, containing, for example, ten clusters of lower level 11, each of switches 16 of indication and control unit 13 of crystallization plants 1 of lower level 11 is connected to switch 17 of upper level, which is connected to central server 18 and automated workstations 19, used for loading and editing of process program in each crystallization plant 1 and monitoring of operation of lower level 11 clusters, which are part of cluster of upper level 12 of any of crystallization plants 1, included in cluster 11. Clusters of lower level 11 can be remotely located at considerable distance from automated work places 19, which control operation of crystallization plants.
EFFECT: possibility of mass growth of high quality crystals for optoelectronic devices in industrial volumes.
