SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, and concerns treating atopic dermatitis in children with probiotic preparations. That is ensured by microbiological examination of faeces, performing type identification of all recovered cultures of microorganisms by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. Thereafter, the probiotic is selected in accordance with a deficiency or excess in the patient of representatives of specific microorganisms of normal microflora.

EFFECT: method provides reduced length of treatment and prolonged clinical remission ensured by individual selection of the probiotic preparation.
