FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: presented group of inventions refers to medical microbiology. Method and kit for pertussis genotiagnosis are proposed, containing reaction buffer qPCRmix-HS, 25 mM MgCl2 and 9 primers: hIS1001F, hIS1001R, hIS1001P, IS481F, IS481R, IS481P, IS1001F, IS1001R, IS1001P. In the presence of positive signals on the channels Green (FAM) and Red (Cy5), the samples are identified as samples containing DNA of Bordetella holmesii. If there is a positive signal on the Yellow (HEX) channel, the samples are identified as samples containing Bordetella parapertussis DNA. If there is a positive signal on the Red (Cy5) channel, the samples are identified as samples containing Bordetella pertussis DNA.
EFFECT: proposed group of inventions provides higher efficiency of detecting DNA of three species of bordetellium – pertussis, parapertussis and holmesii by PCR in real time in multiplex format.
