FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multiple-draw hole feeders. Multiple-draw hole feeder for production of continuous fiber from molten rocks includes housing, connected to it spinneret plate and current leads arranged along longitudinal axis of symmetry of spinneret plate, a convex perforated heating screen connected to current leads and mounted above the spinneret plate with the greatest distance from its longitudinal axis of symmetry and the smallest distance to spars most distant from this axis and a certain distance between the extreme spinnerets. Convex perforated heating screen is made in cross-section in the form of an inverted cycloid, wherein perforated holes are made in the form of truncated cone with cone angle of 8–12°. Outer surface of housing is coated with thin-fiber basalt material made in the form of bundles longitudinally stretched along body height from spinneret plate to melt feed plate. Inner surface of the perforated holes is coated with a dielectric in the form of epoxy enamel, having a solution-repellent property.
EFFECT: technical result is elimination of static electricity.
