FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to sports medicine, neurology, physical culture, rehabilitation, and can be used in performing muscular exercises. That is ensured by testing the initial muscle state. Test results are used to determine the ability of the muscle to start the exercise, wherein the muscle is capable of beginning the exercise provided that it is in the normotonus state. Muscular contraction is stimulated by at least 10 repetitions of muscle contraction, after which the patient's condition is tested. Provided that as a result of control testing, muscle condition is defined as a hypotension, reduced number of repetitions of performing muscular exercises to obtain normotonus after exercise. Provided that as a result of control testing, muscle condition is defined as normotonus, the number of repetitions of performing muscular exercises is increased at least ten times. Total number of repetitions of exercise does not exceed twenty times.
EFFECT: method provides the most accurate determination of the optimal number of repetitions of performing muscular exercises.
