SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of measuring height of snow cover. Summary: rack body (8) consists of several modules (1) rigidly interconnected in vertical. Each module (1) contains laser LED-photo-resistors (3), digital thermometers (4), printed-circuit boards (2). By means of connecting cables (6) the rack is connected to external control unit (5) having communication module and several connection outputs.
EFFECT: fast and accurate measurement.
