FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to processing of thin-wall profiles of blade root and mono-wheels of gas turbine engines out of titanium alloys. Method involves obtaining a profile of the blade from a workpiece in one process, in which double-side electrochemical grinding is combined with mechanical grinding and using profiled current-conducting abrasive wheels, the translational-reciprocal straight motion of which is matched with straight movement of the workpiece in two directions perpendicular to it, wherein the workpiece is processed synchronously with the input edge of the blade with subsequent divergence and convergence of circles along the length of the profile of the blade, at that, circles are supplied opposite direction of circles rotation to material removal depth of more than 1 mm and electrolyte is fed into processing zone in direction of circles rotation.
EFFECT: reduced labor intensiveness and higher quality of machining of parts with curvilinear surface.
