SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to gears. Method of increase of contact and bending endurance of gearing consists in the fact that gears with symmetrical height of side surface of tooth side gear wheel surface conjugate with it are made concave. Angle of engagement of teeth of gear is assumed equal to , and angle of engagement of teeth of wheel conjugated with gear is assumed equal to
. In occlusal convex surface of teeth of gear, such surface is made concave and similar to its concave frontal surface. For non-reversible gear mechanical transmission at front convex surface of gear teeth, front wheel surface is made concave and in their engagement pole at angles

occipital surface of wheel teeth is made convex and with possibility of conjugation with concave occipital surface of gear teeth at angle
to tooth vertical.
EFFECT: higher contact flexural endurance of single-pole involute mechanical transmissions with rolling of surfaces of teeth of wheel and gear without slipping and friction.
