SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to martial arts training. Equipment for martial arts training, system and method of its use assume presence of handle (100) of target (155), including accelerometer (110), providing first output information signal (112), altimeter (120), providing second output information signal (122), central processor – CP (130), receiving and storing first (112) and second (122) output information signals, power supply (140) for accelerometer (110), altimeter (120) and CP (130), connector (150) with impact target (155), display (160), light guide (170) and user interface (190), intended for receiving commands from hand holding handle (100). At that, CP (130) includes chronometer (134) and time mark module (136), adapted for putting time mark of first (112) and second (122) output information signals. Target (155) also includes a mechanism for protection against polymer bending, between handle (100) and impact target (155), consisting of a spring, a hinge and two parts sliding relative to each other. Also disclosed is a training system with active hardware such as NFC installed in target (155), and passive in a portable device, opening a communication channel with an external data processing device and a method for monitoring the effectiveness during training.

EFFECT: providing an objective assessment of the effectiveness of the trainee during the training, reducing the degree of wear and spoilage of the target, reducing the number of hand injuries and the wrist of the instructor holding the handle.
