FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for fixation of collagen membrane to hyaline cartilage. Method involves knee joint arthrotomy, sanation of the defect area. Deepening of hyaline cartilage is 2 mm in width and 2 mm in depth along defect perimeter. Membrane is placed into the recess and anchored with interrupted sutures with leaving the units under the membrane.
EFFECT: method provides reducing the injuries of the hyaline cartilage healthy area by the absence of sutures in the joint cavity.
