METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF PLACENTAL INSUFFICIENCY DEVELOPMENT Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2703463 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to clinical-laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for prediction of placental insufficiency development. That is ensured by extracting extracellular DNA from pregnant blood plasma with subsequent determination of the fetal genotype by rs4065 of the PLAU gene. If observing the CC genotype in a fetus, the pregnant woman is referred to a risk group of placental insufficiency. What is also presented is application of a test system containing primers and probes specific to rs4065 polymorphism of PLAU gene.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables predicting the development of placental insufficiency with a high degree of reliability in early pregnancy by determining the genotype of the fetus according to urokinase gene polymorphism with its fastness and safety.
