SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and concerns the evaluation of the contribution of fetal thrombophilia to the formation of sub-and decompensated forms of placental insufficiency. Essence of the method: perform molecular-genetic typing of newborns and the study of hemostasis, with a combination of pathological polymorphisms of genes: PAI-1 675 (5G>4G), ITGA2 807 C>T, MTHFR (677C>T) in the newborn and the coagulation test data are used to calculate the F index using the formula F=K1×R(min)+K2×K(min)+K3×MA(mm)+K4×X4+K5×X5+K6×X6+const, where R, K, MA are the standard parameters of the thromboelastogram; X4 – the presence of the 4G allele of the PAI-1 675 gene in newborns in the genotype: if there is -1, if not – 0; X5 – the presence of a polymorphic variant 807 TT of the ITGA2 807 C>T gene in a newborn in the genotype: if there is -1, if not – 0; X6 – the presence of the polymorphic variant 677 CT/TT of the MTHFR C677T gene in a newborn in the genotype: if there is -1, if not – 0; K1=0.03, K2=0.6, K3=0.07, K4=-0.4, K5=-0.7, K6=0.6 – coefficients; constant=-6.11. With the value of F<0 make a conclusion about the high impact of fetal thrombophilia on the development of sub- and decompensated forms of placental insufficiency, and with value of F≥0 make a conclusion about the low impact of fetal thrombophilia on the development of sub- and decompensated forms of placental insufficiency.

EFFECT: invention provides an assessment of the contribution of fetal thrombophilia in the formation of sub- and decompensated forms of placental insufficiency based on the calculation of an index characterizing the genetic susceptibility to fetal thrombophilia and an assessment of the hemostatic system parameters.
