SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for monitoring of possible stable deviation from norm of energy metabolism of erythrocytes and / or disturbed structure of their membranes. That is ensured by assessing the patient's blood-oxygen transport function and deviations from the norm, including an analysis of the deviation of the rate of saturation of the blood sample with oxygen from normal values. If the obtained speed value falls within reference reference limits, then deviations are stated. In the presence of deviations, the rate of saturation of the blood sample with oxygen is repeatedly measured. That is ensured by adding substances inhibiting energy metabolism of erythrocytes into a sample of venous blood or washed erythrocytes of a subject, and rate of sample saturation is compared with addition of inhibitor (V2) at rate without its addition (V1). If the difference V2 and V1 is at least 10 %, the conclusion is made that deviations of blood oxygen-transport function in the individual from the norm are caused by suppression of erythrocyte metabolism in the subject's body or structural changes of the erythrocyte membrane, which are the reasons for deviation of the oxygen transport function of the blood in the individual of the norm.

EFFECT: invention provides a method for assessing the state of the oxygen-transport function of blood of a subject and can be used to assess the effectiveness of therapeutic and rehabilitation measures in the rehabilitation of a patient, as well as in sports and military science.
