FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, namely to photoelectric elements, in which the photoelectrodes material and the photocell material are silicon dioxide, and can be used in making solar cells, in which silicon dioxide is used in one of two photoelectric layers. In the proposed tandem type photoelectric element, which contains titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide, silicon dioxide particles, which form the first photoelectric layer (24) consisting of silicon dioxide, are thinly scattered on the charge exchange layer (23), which consists of Pt and has a roughness surface, and on first conductive film (22), which consists of fluorine-doped tin oxide and also has surface roughness. Due to such configuration, photoelectric element with high efficiency of electric power generation can be produced.
EFFECT: high efficiency of generating electric power using a photoelectric element by reducing the thickness of the first photoelectric layer to 300 nm or less in the direction of height.
