Core (204) comprises a plurality of liquid crystals (220) and a plurality of magnetic nanoparticles (222). Change of voltage (226) supplied to multiple electrodes (206) changes magnetic permeability (230) of core (204).

EFFECT: technical result is creation of device and method, providing fast adjustment of adjustable inductance element without increasing its dimensions, weight and power consumption.
