FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of well charges and can be used for production of blasting operations on earth surface, for charging of watered wells at open pits, as well as to devices for excitation of seismic waves in seismic survey and in geophysical investigations. Explosive charge includes a shell and a block placed inside the shell from an explosive substance with a blind hole, in which there is an electric detonator connected by a wire to the station of the explosive point. Charge is equipped with a multilayer shell and a clamp, which rigidly fixes the grid beam and the electric detonator wire, which is higher than the level of the explosive location. Multilayer shell consists of lower layer made of composite material based on fluorocarbon powder and covering entire surface of grain with installed electric detonator, middle layer made in the form of a grid of synthetic fibers covering the surface of the lower layer and collected in the upper part of the charge into the bundle around the wire, the upper layer of composite material based on fluorocarbon powder applied on the middle layer from the mesh.
EFFECT: invention reduces moisture permeability of charge, maintains stability of component composition, energy and detonation characteristics of explosive during storage and operation, and increases explosion power of charge without increasing mass of explosive.
