FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of anode material of lithium-ion accumulators used for power supply of large-size electric power plants of hybrid and electric vehicles, uninterrupted power supply systems, robotics and autonomous devices. As such material nanostructured doped with zirconium titanium dioxide in crystalline modification of bronze, related to solid solutions, with formula Ti1-xZrxO2(B), where x=0.03–0.06. To produce it, hydrothermal treatment is carried out in alkaline medium of nanoparticles of titanium dioxide in modification of anatase in presence of zirconium oxychloride ZrOCl2⋅8H2O for 48–96 hours at temperature of not less than 150 °C and not over 170 °C. Then ion exchange is carried out for 72 hours in 0.05 M solution of hydrochloric acid with its replacement every 24 hours. Precipitate is separated in a centrifuge, washed with distilled water to pH 7, dried in air for 12 hours at temperature of 90 °C and annealing is performed.
EFFECT: invention increases stability of the structure of the anode material during cycling of at least 90 charge/discharge cycles.
