FIELD: synthesis.
SUBSTANCE: method is used in the production of anode material for lithium-ion batteries used to power large power plants of hybrid and electric vehicles, uninterruptible power supply systems, robotics and autonomous devices. The method for synthesizing anode material for lithium-ion batteries is to use a cyclic chemical compression reactor, in which mutual cyclic movement of the piston and cylinder of the reactor is initiated from the upper to the lower point of entry of the piston into the cylinder. A mixture of 50-95% buffer gas, C1-C4 hydrocarbon and monosilane is supplied to the lower point of the cylinder. The ratio of hydrocarbon and monosilane is 1/1 - 1/5. Pressure is initiated at the top point of the cylinder at 3-12 MPa.
EFFECT: increasing the stability of the structure of the anode material in the process of cycling and improving the specific electrochemical characteristics, as well as in the manufacturability of the method of its production.
