FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of patient's condition monitoring is implemented by means of patient's condition monitoring device (12). Device comprises one or more sensors (10) for measuring physiological parameters of patient, audio source (18), sound-reproducing device (20), controller (14). Audio source generates a sound tone. Sound-reproducing device reproduces an audible tone. Controller controls the audio source to generate an audible tone and to adjust the height of the audible tone to indicate the measured physiological parameter according to the matching circuit. Controller controls the audio source using a non-linear musical scale or based on analysis of the type of the sound-reproducing device for best matching of the audio characteristic of the used sound-reproducing device or converts the audible tone so that it will sound in different octaves. Matching circuit fixes the audible tone frequency after reaching the specified threshold value. There is possibility of fixing threshold value and value of fixation in upper or lower parts of frequency range, wherein after reaching lower fixed value, tone characteristics vary with possibility of using fixation tone, or combination of common tone and fixation tone, or double tone pulse. Controller step-by-step changes frequency of audible tone with increment by full tone or by a half-tone depending on concentration of oxygen in blood. With each change of blood oxygen concentration by 1 %, the frequency changes by a half-tone or full tone. Method of tone modulation with fixation of lower sound level involves measurement of patient's physiological parameters by means of one or more sensors, generating an audible tone and adjusting the height of the audible tone to indicate the measured physiological parameter according to a match-setting scheme. Method for monitoring the patients state involves playing the first audible tone by the first patient's state monitoring device with the first audio reproducing device, reproduction of the second audible tone by the second patient's state monitoring device with the second sound-generating device, conversion of the first and second audible tones so that the received audible tone corresponds to the sound characteristics of the sound-reproducing device. Audio characteristics of the second sound-producing device differ from the sound characteristics of the first sound-generating device.
EFFECT: reproduction of tone with frequency for small value SpO2 and recognition of certain tone generated by monitor.
