FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to monopolar cannulas. Cannula comprises a metal tube of the cannula. On the proximal end of the cannula tube there is a nozzle made of electrically insulating plastic and a stimulation cable. On the nozzle there is a connector for fluid input into the tube of the cannula. Stimulation cable is in contact with the tube of the cannula within the area of the electroconductive cable attachment. Fastening part from the electrically insulating plastic can be fixed on the side on the nozzle, adjoining to its external perimeter. Fastener comprises electrically conductive contact part electrically contacting with cable core. Contact part engages with the recess of the nozzle and contacts with the tube of the cannula and is closed with complete insulation from the outside with the fastener if the fastening part is fixed on the nozzle.
EFFECT: creation of a cannula, which combines localization of cannula location by ultrasound and by electric stimulation.
