Device for cleaning wounds with the help of ultrasound in the form of portable device comprises built-in vibration drive, built-in ultrasonic generator, in-built power supply for the vibration drive and for the ultrasonic generator and replaceable cleaning nozzle driven by the vibration drive for abrasive removal of the wound deposit, wherein the cleaning nozzle comprises an acoustic transducer configured to convert electric oscillations generated by the ultrasonic generator into sound waves, device for amplification, and/or distribution, and/or transmission of ultrasonic waves and bristle and/or scales for abrasive removal. Method of wounds cleaning is performed by means of device. Wound cleaning system consists of a wound cleaning device and a transmitting medium for transmission of oscillations to the wound.

EFFECT: use of inventions improves the wound cleaning results by removing the biofilm.
