SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to gas supply, ventilation, air conditioning and fire safety of apartments in high-rise buildings and individual houses, as well as to explosion protection of gas appliances and networks in them. Disclosed is a method of using split systems as aspiration detectors of hazardous factors of fire and explosion (HFFE) at leakage of domestic gas and as gas plants for suppression of HFFE with the help of thermomagnetic air separator (TMAS), which releases oxygen from pumped air and discharges it outside, returning inert gases into the room. Diagnosing and suppressing HFFE in apartments of multi-storey residential buildings and in individual houses using a multi-split system due to the fact that each of its internal unit incorporates HFFE multisensors and thermomagnetic air separator (TMAS), which are connected to controller of internal unit with GSM-radio modem, which provides control of detection and suppression of HFFE, with corresponding notification of occupants and emergency services, supplemented with accumulators of emergency power supply and devices of their charging, for functioning in absence of electric energy. Upon the command of the internal unit controller, which upon detection of HFFE disables the electric power supply of the apartment / individual home using a triac module breaking phase/phases of power supply, and, by switching to battery power, includes TMAS, removing oxygen from room and thereby preventing explosion from domestic gas leakage and / or propagation of fire by sounding voice and / or speech and LED flashing alarm signals by HFFE types, with sending SMS-messages to the control company, the owner and to the corresponding "emergency services".

EFFECT: disclosed method for fire and explosion protection of individual houses and apartments using split-systems.
