FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Described is a group of inventions comprising a linker comprising a central core, connecting branches and, optionally, a connecting branch (embodiments). In one embodiment, the linker comprises a central core which contains a first polypeptide containing lysine (K) residues, where each and subsequent residue K are separated by an intervening sequence containing glycine and serine residues, and the polypeptide has length of 8 to 120 amino acid residues and the number of residues K ranges from 2 to 15; or second polypeptide containing sequence (Xaa-K)n, where each Xaa is a pegylated amino acid having from 2 to 12 repeating ethylene glycol links, and n is integer from 2 to 15; binding branches are connected to residues K of the central core, where each of the binding branches is a PEG chain having 2 to 20 repeating EG-links.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of linker links.
