SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to an agent for improving working capacity of an organism. An agent for improving the working capacity of a mammalian organism, which contains a first component, which is a lyophilised powder based on α-cyclodextrin, which is obtained as follows: at first step, saturating α-cyclodextrin with xenon in aqueous solution at temperature from 0 to 35 °C, at the second stage, performing dehydration α-cyclodextrin, saturated with xenon, at temperature from 0 to -70 °C; second component, which is liquid edible oil; at ratio of first component and second component from 1 to 6 to 1 to 7, respectively. Method for improving working capacity of a mammal organism. Application of the agent as a preparation for improving working capacity of a mammal organism.

EFFECT: agent described above is effective for improving working capacity of organism, characterized by long storage life.
