FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engineering and can be used in structures of gas turbine engines and steam turbines. Summary of proposed invention: non-contact taper-flat seal with active clearance control includes housing, in which moving elements are installed, made with the help of slots, piezoelectric converters connected to a power supply connected to a control controller connected to a displacement sensor. According to the invention, the movable elements are made with the help of slots in the bushing, having internal cylindrical and external conical, passing into the cylindrical surface, at the same time the bushing is installed in the housing with the possibility of displacement under action of piezo-actuators.
EFFECT: improved flow and strength characteristics of movable compaction areas due to change of geometrical shape of seal and reduction of number of piezo-actuators for clearance control; reduced volume of gas leaks, increased service life of non-contact tapered-petal seal due to exclusion of oscillations of elastic lobes, which allows eliminating cyclic fatigue effect and improving sealing efficiency.
