FIELD: test.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of educational laboratory equipment and can be used in the educational process, during laboratory works and practical trainings in general engineering disciplines in higher education institutes and secondary specialized colleges. A test bed for examining rotor systems, comprising a body mounted on a frame and having threaded holes for fastening the elements, fixed in the body bearing units with movement sensors, a shaft connected through a coupling with an electric motor, in the body a load device is installed, mounted on the shaft and containing a force sensor, a force sensor adapter, an outer sleeve, rolling bearings and an inner sleeve, according to the invention, the elements installed in the threaded holes of the body are made in the form of fittings, the electric motor is fixed to the frame by means of a bracket, a cover is mounted on the body in which the screw is mounted, a fiving force sensor in force sensor adapter, fixed with a screw on the outer sleeve, on the inner surface of which rolling bearings are mounted, in the inner race of which an inner bushing placed is installed, put on the shaft, the bearing assemblies have housings on which covers and plates are fastened with screws, threaded holes are provided in the plates in which movement sensors are mounted, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, wherein one bearing assembly additionally having a rotational velocity sensor fixed to the plate, seals in the cover, a threaded hole in the fitting housing, and the other bearing assembly having a threaded hole formed in the cover for fitting installation.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the depth and breadth of studies of rotor systems due to the use of active control of the characteristics of the lubricant supply and the possibility of changing the lubricant supply circuit to the bearing assembly.
