FIELD: machine building; plain bearings.
SUBSTANCE: bearing assembly includes housing, inner and outer bushings, inner surface of inner bushing is made conical, outer bushing – with channels for supply of liquid into cavity of elastic element. Assembly is equipped with a measuring unit with a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor, and displacement sensors. Sensors, pump station, servo valve, flow meter and distributor are connected to electronic control unit. Inner conical part of the inner bushing has a cylindrical part and is fitted on the shaft with a gap filled with lubricant. Pressure and axial displacement sensors are installed in the housing. Lubricant tank is connected to the inner cavity of the housing through a pressure line including in-series installed hydraulic hoses, a filter, a pump station, a distributor, a servo valve and a flow meter. Distributor and the housing cavity are connected through the drain lines to the lubricant tank. Electronic unit has software based on a neural network. There is a device for input and display of information.
EFFECT: increased resource of bearing assembly.
