FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in making Na-ion batteries. Method of producing cathode material containing Na3V2O2x(PO4)2F3-2x (0<x≤1), includes reaction on a reaction mixture containing vanadium oxide V2O5, ammonium dihydrophosphate NH4H2PO4, sodium fluoride NaF, a reducer of vanadium cations V+5 and water by microwave radiation.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a single-phase compound for a cathode of a Na-ion battery with high crystallinity at low temperature and short synthesis time.
