FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of acyclic and heterocyclic polyethylene polyamines which are widely used in production of succinimide additives, amine curing agents for epoxy resins, polymers, complexing agents, medicinal and anthelmint preparations, corrosion inhibitors. Disclosed is a method of producing acyclic and cyclic polyethylene polyamines based on dichloroethane and ammonia in the presence of diethylenetriamine and a stabilizer selected from N-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-oxybenzyl)piperazine, N,N'-bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-oxybenzyl)piperazine, N[(4-oxy-3,5-di-tert-butyl)benzyl]N-β-aminoethylpiperazine, N,N'-bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-oxybenzyl)N,β-aminoethylpiperazine, 2,6-di-tertbutyl-4-methyl-phenol (ionol) and 2,6-di-tert-butylphenol in amount of 0.05–1 % of weight of dichloroethane, at high temperature and pressure.
EFFECT: high output of acyclic and heterocyclic polyethylene polyamines, low power consumption, safe process control owing to metered feed of dichloroethane to a mixture of aqueous solutions of ammonia and diethylenetriamine.
