FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of 1,4-butylene diamine and polybutylene polyamines used in production of polyamides, physiologically active polyamines – spermine, spermidine, etc. Disclosed is a method of producing 1,4-butylene diamine and polybutylene polyamines based on 1,4-butylene diamine and ammonia in the presence of dichlorobutane and a stabilizer selected from N,N'-bis{N-[(4-oxy-3,5-di-tert-butyl)benzyl]piperazinoethyl}ethylenediamine, N-(3,5-ditertbutyl-4-oxybenzyl)piperazine, 2,6-ditertbutyl-4-methylphenol(ionol) or 2,6-ditertbutylphenol taken in amount of 0.04–1.0 % of the weight of dichlorobutane, with increased temperature and pressure.
EFFECT: high output of butylenediamine and polybutylene polyamines to 74_8–89_8 % by reducing formation of by-products – ammonium chloride, 1,4-butadiene (divinyl).
