FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a method for reducing vitrification of walnut microplants in culture in vitro. Method involves planting disinfected walnut explants (Juglands regia L.) on an agarized nutrient medium containing a single concentration of macro- and microsalts, as well as Driver and Kuniyuki (DKW) vitamins. No growth substances are added to the culture medium at the stage of introduction of the explants into the culture in vitro. Further, the micro-plantations are re-introduced at the animation stage onto the agarized DKW culture medium with growth substances, namely, isobutyric acid and benzylaminopurine.
EFFECT: method enables to reduce the level of vitrified walnut microplants.
