FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a gas-venting system of an underground mobile pump station for a coal mine, in particular to a closed circulation system for increasing the efficiency of a gas discharge pump. Fluid inlet of pneumatic diaphragm pump is connected with outlet for fluid of reservoir for solution of polymer, which reduces resistance to flow. Pipeline for fluid discharge of pneumatic diaphragm pump leads to circulating water accumulator. Reservoir for polymer solution, which reduces resistance to flow, inside is equipped with pneumatic mixer and in upper part – with loading funnel. Liquid outlet of the submersible pump is connected to the fluid inlet of the polymer solution reservoir and the gas inlet of the gas discharge pump, respectively, by means of a tee, and the pipeline for venting the gas discharge pump is connected to the circulating water accumulator. Pneumatic mixer and pneumatic diaphragm pump operate at high speeds, therefore polymer solution reducing resistance to flow is uniformly mixed and then supplied to circulating water accumulator. Pipeline for discharge of submersible pump fluid supplies water into reservoir for polymer solution, and polymer substance is added through loading funnel. Gas-discharge pump uses polymer solution as working medium, which considerably increases efficiency of gas discharge pump. System is simple in design and easy to use, and it also includes closed circulation of solution supply reducing resistance to flow.

EFFECT: disclosed is a closed circulation system for increasing the efficiency of a gas discharge pump.
