SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to detection of solid particles in exhaust system of engines. System for detecting solid particles in outlet channel comprises pipe (202) with multiple inlet gas holes (236) on upstream surface (204), having a U-shape with rounded recess (246) on downstream surface (206) and a plurality of outlet gas holes (240) located along rounded recess (246). Solid particles sensor (216) is located inside pipe (202). Also disclosed is embodiment of system for detecting solid particles in outlet channel and method of detecting solid particles in gas flow.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of solid particle sensor reliability.
