FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pipeline transport and is used in repair of main gas pipelines with outer diameter of 530–1420 mm. Task of the declared group of inventions (IZ) is to expand the range of equipment. IZ allows creating complex of mobile process equipment, which can be moved by motor transport and quickly installed in conditions of quickly mounted shop. Under basic conditions, pipes are pre-cleaned, preheated, finely finished with pipes by shot blasting, insulates pipe outer surface by applying a protective polyurethane coating by airless spraying, wherein finishing of external surface of pipe and application of coating on it is carried out at rotation of each pipe relative to its longitudinal axis and longitudinal, relative to pipe, translational motion along rail track of bogies, on which device is arranged for shot blasting of external surface of pipe and installation for application of coating on it or its sprayer, respectively, and preliminary heating of each pipe is performed by supply of heat carrier into pipe, for which on its ends there installed and fixed are plugs with process holes for supply and removal of heat carrier. Heat carrier used is gaseous fuel combustion products, for example diesel fuel.

EFFECT: description is given of pipe preheating device, device for external pipe surface cleaning and device for application of coating on their outer surface.
