FIELD: sea platforms; drilling.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to offshore platforms for prospecting and exploration well drilling in shallow shelf of Arctic seas, namely to construction from ice cover of support offshore drilling platforms on pile bases made in form of several pile supports, on which the upper part of platform for arrangement of process (drilling) equipment is installed. Method of construction of offshore drilling platform on shallow shelf of Arctic seas includes erection of multi-support base 1 and spatial rod supports 2, installation of upper beam or truss structure 4, flooring 5 for arrangement of process drilling equipment. Bearing structures of the tetrahedral rod-like supports 2 and multi-support base 1 are made up of drilling casing pipes 11 fitted in the wells drilled by the mobile drilling rigs 6 from ice cover 13. Platform is constructed of separate modules with platforms from 6×6 m to 9×9 m in-series connections into single structure of large area by quick-release hinged joints.

EFFECT: method of constructing offshore drilling platform from ice cover on shallow shelf of arctic seas in conditions of pack (fixed) ice.
