FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of adjusting the output power of a key ring. First output signal is transmitted at first installed power. First feedback signal is received by means of a feedback mechanism in a key fob, which indicates the first level of output power of the first output signal. First level of output power is compared to the threshold level. Second output signal is transmitted at second installed power higher than first installed power if first level of output power is below threshold level. Key fobs are also disclosed.
EFFECT: enabling higher reliability.
