FIELD: valve manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electrodeposition device used for a steel pipe with an external thread on the outer periphery of the end part of a steel pipe. Proposed device comprises sealing element arranged at the end of steel pipe to seal steel pipe, container, electrode arranged in container and facing outer thread, and multiple nozzles. Container is configured to contain end part of pipe and electrolyte. Nozzles are arranged inside container and arranged around axis of steel pipe for injection of electrolyte between external thread and electrode. Electrolyte is injected by each of nozzles in direction inclined at an angle of more than 20 degrees and less than 90 degrees to external thread relative to plane perpendicular to axis of pipe.
EFFECT: providing minimization of coating defects when applying an electroplating layer from alloy on surface of thread on steel pipe.
