FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and a method for producing actinium-225 radioactive conjugate (Ac-225), comprising steps (a) conjugating a chelating agent to a biological molecule in a conjugating reaction mixture to obtain a conjugated biological molecule; (b) purifying the reaction mixture to remove unconjugated chelating agents and (c) chelating one or more Ac-225 radionuclides with a conjugated biological molecule in a chelating reaction mixture at temperature of 37 ± 2 °C to obtain Ac-225 radio conjugate, wherein the chelating reaction mixture contains an acid and has pH from 5.5 to 7.0; and where the biological molecule is HuM195, the chelating agent is p-SCN-Bn-DOTA, the radioactivity of Ac-225 is 1 ± 0.2 mCi and the content of HuM195 is 1 ± 0.2 mg. Group of inventions also relates to a radioimmunoconjugate Ac-225 obtained according to said method.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides output of radioimmunoconjugate Ac-225 of at least 80 %.
