FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the food industry, in particular to a confectionary, and can be used for production of waffle confectionary products based on molded waffles glazed with chocolate glaze. Confectionary product includes a chocolate glaze body made in the form of a volumetric geometrical figure on a flat base, as well as a filler made of an aerated confectionary mass placed on the base. Flat base is made in the form of circle of waffle workpiece, on which is uniformly coated with whipped confectionary mass of egg proteins, sugar or sugar syrup, coated with chocolate glaze to form a body in form of a cylinder.
EFFECT: using the group of inventions widens the range of confectionary products.
