FIELD: production of non-woven materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for production of nonwoven materials from endless filaments. In the device spinneret draw nozzles and cooling chamber for cooling of spinning threads are provided. On opposite sides of cooling chamber there is one air supply cabin, from which cooling air is introduced into cooling chamber. To each air supply cabin is connected supply pipeline for cooling air, note here that cross-section area of feed pipeline at cooling air passage to air feed cabin increases to air-feed cabin area. Area of section of air supply cabin is at least twice larger than cross-section area of supply pipeline. In each air supply cabin flow rectifier is located, and at distance from flow straightener—planar homogenizing element for homogenisation of cooling air flow introduced into air supply cabin. Planar homogenizing element has holes, wherein the free open surface of the homogenizing element makes 1–40 % of its entire surface.
EFFECT: higher homogeneity and uniformity of non-woven materials.
