FIELD: textile.
SUBSTANCE: device for production of spunbonded materials from elementary fibers, wherein spinneret forming nozzle, cooling device for cooling of molded elementary fibers and stretching device for drawing elementary fibers are provided. Between the cooling and drawing devices there is an intermediate channel, besides, this channel has at least two in-series converging sections arranged in the flow direction of elementary fibers. Section of the channel upper in the direction of flow of elementary fibers has smaller length, than the section of the channel lower in direction of flow of elementary fibers. Ratio between inlet width BE and outlet width BA first upper section of channel is 1.5–5.5.
EFFECT: disclosed is a device for production of spunbonded nonwoven materials.
