FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine operation and can be used in testing and calibrating air mass flow sensors of cars equipped with microprocessor control system of internal combustion engine. Test bench for calibration and calibration of air mass flow sensors comprises a bed, a fan, a temperature setting unit, a reference and tested MAF, corrugated branch pipes, a measurement unit, digital-to-analogue converters and a personal computer. Reference and verified sensors are installed on the test bench and connected to the measuring unit, after which automatic recording of signals from the standard and verified sensors, calculation of their difference and software correction of the readings of the inspected sensor, at that, value of air mass flow through the standard and checked sensors automatically changes in the specified range, and the air flow temperature is provided by the temperature setting unit.
EFFECT: reduction of calibration duration and possibility of its performance at various air flow temperatures.
