FIELD: testing.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to simulate loading and speed modes of injection gasoline and diesel internal combustion engines with an electronic control system. Electronic device for simulation of load-speed modes of internal combustion engines in laboratory conditions consists of a unit for simulation of operating modes of an injection engine connected to an electronic engine control system. Device includes simulators of output voltages of speed mode sensor and load mode sensor. Engine operating conditions simulation unit is made as two-channel. Each of the channels contains a simulator of a load mode sensor according to the value of output voltage and a simulator of a speed mode sensor according to the value of output voltage. Load mode sensor simulator consists of frequency setting device (1), square pulse generator (2) and relay signal converter (3). Simulator of the speed mode sensor by the value of the output voltage consists of frequency setting device (4), square pulse generator (5) and voltage divider (6). Power supply of generators (2) and (5) of rectangular pulses of loading and speed modes is carried out from voltage stabilizer (7). Output signals in the form of voltage pulses from simulators of load and speed mode sensors are supplied to an electric circuit of an electronic engine control system and through switch (8) to a frequency meter and/or an oscilloscope for visual monitoring of the value of the output signal. Tachometric fuel flow transducer and Hall transducer are used as sensors of diesel engine load and speed modes. Adjustment of simulators of load and speed modes of electronic device is carried out respectively by value of mass flow of fuel per unit of time and frequency of rotation of camshaft of high-pressure fuel pump.

EFFECT: simplified design, fast and easy connection of the device to the electronic engine control system.
