FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, gynaecology and radiation diagnostics, and can be used for imaging of sentinel lymphatic node (SLN) in endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Radiopharmaceutical preparation (RPP) is introduced on the basis of technetium-99m labeled nanocolloid gamma-aluminum oxide containing nanosized gamma-oxide powder with particle diameter of 7–10 nm and concentration of 0.5–0.7 mg/ml, ascorbic acid, Sn II) and gelatine in amounts per 1 ml of the mixture, mg: 0.20–0.25; 0.00875–0.0175 and 2.5–4.0, water for injection up to 1 ml respectively. RPP is administered on the eve of an operation in the uterine cervix in two or four points in equal proportions in dose of 80 MBq. One-photon emission computed tomography is performed 18 hours after RPP introduction. Further, using the multimodal technique, alignment of the SPECT and MRI results is carried out. Intraoperative SLN search is performed using a laparoscopic gamma scanner. Radioactivity of the lymphatic collector and the ACS is determined by accumulating RPP therein.
EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy, information value and accessibility of visualization of SLN in endometrial carcinoma by introducing RPP based on technetium-99m-labeled gamma-aluminum nanocalloid aluminum oxide in the cervix in two or four points on the eve of the operation, aligning the images of the SPECT and MRT and the intraoperative SLN search using a laparoscopic gamma-scanner.
