SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for preoperative prediction of probability of lymphogenic metastasis in patients with endometrial cancer T1 stage intermediate risk with metabolic syndrome. Tumor is examined histologically and the degree of differentiation is determined. Level of hormonal-metabolic parameters is determined: body weight index (BWI), high-density lipoproteins, visfatin, leptin. Regression function F is calculated by formula: F=2.069 * [X1] + 7.155 * [X2] - 6.619 * [X3] - 8.049 * [X4] - 1.049 * [X5] + 15.419, where: X1 - age of patient in years, X2 - body weight index calculated by standard formula: body weight (kg)/height (m²), X3 - CS HDL, mmol/l, X4 is blood plasma visfatin in ng/ml, X5 is blood plasma leptin in pg/ml. That is followed by determining the probability of the presence of lymphogenic metastases P by formula: where e = 2.718. If P≥0.5, development of lymphogenic metastases is suggested, and if P<0.5 - lack of development of lymphogenic metastases.

EFFECT: method provides higher accuracy and information value of the method for prediction of risk of lymphogenic metastasis in patients with endometrial cancer T1 stage intermediate risk with metabolic syndrome by evaluating traditional risk factors - age and BWI and hormonal-metabolic changes having an effect on lymphatic metastasis in endometrial cancer patients.
