FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to a device for processing food products and a method for production of food products using said device. Food processing device comprises: transporting unit 100 for receiving energy for transfer of material in one direction; first material feed assembly 200 located at the beginning of conveying unit 100 for extracting and loading first materials 11 laid in layers in first container 210 to transporting assembly 100; binding fluid application unit 300 spaced from the first material feed assembly 200 in feeding unit 100 supplying direction for application of the binding liquid onto the upper surfaces of first materials 11 transported from the first material supply unit 200; second material supply unit 400 configured to extract and fasten second material 12 laid in layers in second container 410 on the upper surfaces of first materials 11, on which the binding liquid is applied to form bonded materials 10; connecting assembly 500 configured to compress the upper surfaces of bonded materials 10 for uniformly bonding first materials 11 with second materials 12; oil application unit 600, having an oil application element 613 configured to apply oil to upper surfaces of bonded materials 10; cutting assembly 700 configured to cut each bonded material 10 into a plurality of pieces by creating pressure on cutting press 710 having a plurality of cutting blades 711. Unit 300 for application of binding liquid comprises: support rods 310 located in a perpendicular direction to transporting unit 100 transportation direction; and a plurality of feed nozzles 311 spaced from each other on support rods 310 for feeding binding liquid into first material 11. Unit 400 for feeding second material comprises: second container 410 spaced from the upper portion of conveying assembly 100 and having an inner space for laying second materials 12; second attracting element 411 configured to attract and extract second materials 12 from second container 410 by vacuum and to feed extracted second materials to upper surfaces of first materials 11, and rotation drive 413 configured to rotate the second attracting element 411 up and down for securing second materials 12 on the upper surfaces of first materials 11 located on transporting assembly 100. Second attracting element 411 has arched protruding attractive surface 411a coming in contact with second materials 12. To produce food products, at least one first material is received from first material feed assembly 200 and first material is transferred to transporting assembly 100. Binding fluid is applied on first material arranged on transporting assembly 100 by means of feed nozzles 311. Second material having the same area as the first material from the second material supply assembly 400 is received and the second material is placed on the upper surface of the first material. Upper surface of second material is pressed to uniformly bond first material and second material to produce bonded material. Oil is applied to at least one surface of bound material by means of element 613 for application of oil. Bound material with oil is cut into multiple pieces by means of cutting press 710, having multiple cutting blades 711 or connected material is cut into multiple segmented pieces connected to each other by connecting sections. Cut or segmented bonded materials are moved and unloaded by vacuum.
EFFECT: invention allows to supply two different types of food materials and consistently perform production processes, such as binding and cutting on one device, thereby facilitating food products treatment; prevention of air pockets appearance, product can be easily processed for a short period of time.
