SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hopper, cutter arranged at lower open outlet channel of hopper, dough feeder equipped with plurality of V-arranged rolls, transfer conveyor for transfer of small doughs into dough feeder, feeding conveyor for food dough sheet conveyance, conveyor weigh for weighing of part of dough sheet. Conveyor weigh has first and second conveyor weighs successively arranged in feeding direction, and device for cutting of food dough sheet, said cutting procedure being selectively accelerated or lagged. Apparatus allows food dough to be continuously converted into sheet or strip and divided into parts of predetermined weight. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency. 38 cl, 12 dwg
